Special Notes

- Mitsutoge-tozanguchi (三ツ峠登山口). The shortest way to the summit at less than 2 hours.
- Train/bus. Tokyo to Kawaguchiko Station. JPY2,000 if via bus from Shinjuku, reservations here.
- Bus, Kawaguchiko Station (河口湖駅) to Mitsutoge-tozanguchi (三ツ峠登山口).
- Only one bus at 9:50am->10:15am. Return bus at 10:20am->10:45am, JPY740 one way.
- Mitsutoge Station (三ツ峠駅). Accessible via train.
- Returning to Tokyo on a Sunday night usually sees significant traffic, so I'd recommend taking the train back to Tokyo.
