• Trailheads. All of them accessible via train, about JPY2,600 from Tokyo, 3.5hrs one way. If via bus, take the bus from Shinjuku Bus Terminal to Kawaguchiko Station, and then take the train from there. 
• Kotobuki Station. Accessed via train that goes from Kawaguchiko Station. 
• Mitsutouge Station. Can be accessed via train or bus from Shinjuku. 
• Higashi-Katsura Station. 
• Mountain huts.

• 12:00pm. ETA: 倉見山 Summit. One hour lunch. 
• 03:00pm. ETA: Kotobuki Station.
