(天保山) Mt. Tempo Hike

At 4.53 meters, Japan has set the standard that no piece of land is too small to be called a mountain. Mt. Tempo is a bit controversial in that some says it’s not a mountain, or that there’s another smaller mountain in Japan to take the title of “smallest mountain in Japan”, but it’s fun to add in the list so might as well, right? Right?

Budget: JPY0 (~USD0)
No entrance fee, and you can take the train or walk.

Hike Date / Difficulty (Elevation: 4.5meters)
August 3, 2017. A full 0 out of 5.

When to Go

Special Notes
Apparently there’s a place nearby where you can log your name as one of those who completed the “hike” for JPY100, but when I came in I couldn’t see anything. Or maybe I came in too late.
